No more parking fees, no snooty sales assistants, no hassle shopping!
Deliveries are done thru our partner couriers and fees are subject to change depending on area and weight of parcel.
We do not usually deliver on weekends. To arrange Next Day or Special Weekend deliveries kindly quote NEXT DAY or WEEKEND in your order form after the product codes or contact us at (63)916 6052207. We regret to inform you that we do not do meet-ups.
PROTECTION INFORMATION
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by KATREbrand.com and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Cut-off times will be based on the time orders are received in our inbox. Orders received in our email inbox until 12:00nn will be dispatched the same day*. Orders received at 12:01nn will be dispatched the next day*. We shall get in touch with you for expected day of arrival.
*Items will be dispatched when payment is received.
