KATREbrand.com sells must-have items inspired by our fashion heroes: celebrities, designers, textiles, home decors—everything and anyone stylish. When we do travel to European countries we also keep you in mind and make sure we bring home inspirations from Paris, London, or Milan. Our clothes consist of simple shapes and basic colors in luxurious fabrics that when worn is moulded into a style that's completely your own so you can stop dreading the moment where you bump into someone who has the same outfit!
HOW TO SHOP

Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click the photo and note: ITEM CODE, SIZE & COLOR (if applicable), QUANTITY. Type them in the ORDER FORM.
Review the items in your shopping bag and have a read of our TERMS AND CONDITIONS before clicking SUBMIT.
Cut-off times will be based on the time orders are received in our inbox. Orders received in our email inbox until 12:00nn will be dispatched the same day*. Orders received at 12:01nn will be dispatched the next day*. We shall get in touch with you for expected day of arrival.
FIRST TIME ORDERS
For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the customer's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order and for your own protection, please ensure that you have the bank receipt or that you are able to indicate details of the money transfer. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Can't decide what to get her? Gift Vouchers are the absolute answer! They are available in denominations of PhP500 and PhP1000. Just go to the ORDER FORM and quote GV500 or GV1000.
SIZING INFORMATION
Sizing varies considerably amongst the items we stock. We do our best to supply you with information about each product along side their photos. But if you're still in doubt, we will help you choose the best size, our team of Fashion Advisors can answer all your questions on sizing and fit—simply email katre.brand@gmail.com with the subject SIZING INQ for immediate advice.

Orders consisting solely of shoes will be delivered in the original shoe box.
