Policies

DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees are subject to change depending on your location and the weight of your order/s.

For Next Day or weekend deliveries kindly quote NEXT DAY or WEEKEND whichever applies in your Order Form.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Because of our limited inventory, we do not issue refunds but if for any reason you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style or for store credit kindly contact us within 3 days from receipt of goods. Email us with the subject EXCHANGE at katre.brand@gmail.com. As soon as we receive your email we will get in touch with you within 24 hours to explain how the exchange process will be.

EXCHANGE FEES
It's free to exchange items for a different size but a different style may mean a different price and this process will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which cover the cost of our collection service. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit at KATREbrand.com. The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one week. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference such as additional shipping.

Please be aware that it can take up to 5 working days for the exchange process to take place.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Items should be returned within 3 days of receipt.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. 

OUR POLICY
Items being exchanged is your responsibility until it reaches us. It should be returned new, unused, and all original paper works present. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, belts, price tags and any packaging like cards should be included with your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.

KATREbrand.com will check for perfume smell, detergent, stains, dirt and the like to determine whether the item you want exchanged can be accepted.

Unidentified exchanges may be returned to the sender.

LATE RETURNS
Items should be returned within 3 days from receipt of goods.
Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of KATREbrand.com and may only be refunded as a store credit. 

SHOES
All shoes should be tried on a clean and smooth surface before wear. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items or give you store credit.
